Pretty good multi-vitamin

My first time buying a multi-vitamin product led me to Women's Daily by Right Foods Professional. It consisted of 3 tablets daily that provided over 20 essential nutrients to promote a healthier lifestyle. I sometimes have a hard time swallowing large or awkward shaped pills and tablets. These were slightly larger than average, so taking 3 was a bit cumbersome for me. As for the effects, it's really hard to gauge the quality of multi-vitamins. In the very least, I felt pretty energetic and didn't get sick a lot during the time I took them. The price is okay for a 30 day supply, but I ultimately decided to look for a more "mega" multi-vitamin/mineral product. If you need specific nutrients from vitamins or whole foods, check this product out at your local store - otherwise look for a more comprehensive pill.
